METABOLIX WEIGHT LOSS 1,2,3 COOKBOOK

First let me start by introducing myself, I am Kara De Cesare, the wife of Tony De Cesare, Founder and President of Metabolix Nutrition, Inc. I am the Vice President of Metabolix Nutrition, but more importantly, I am the first person to go through the Metabolix 1-2-3 Weight Loss Program. Metabolix Nutrition came about due to my significant weight gain during my pregnancies with both my sons. I gained an amazing 60 pounds during my first pregnancy and it took me almost 8 months to lose the weight. I struggled and spent hours in the gym trying to get the weight off – my way, the only way I knew.
Tony, being one of Baltimore’s most successful personal trainers & nutritionist, begged me to do it differently and pay closer attention to my diet and STOP doing all the cardio I would do EVERY day. I wanted no part of his methods, so I toughed it out on my own and I did it!!! I was very proud of what I accomplished, but he still told me I could have lost the weight in a much shorter amount of time and with much less work. After the birth of our second son and gaining almost 60 lbs., AGAIN I told Tony “get this weight off me quicker this time, I will do whatever it takes”. I was desperate at this point, because now I had two infants in diapers and one was on the move constantly. So to save our marriage he came up with the 1-2-3 Weight Loss Program. I ended up losing the weight in half the time that it took with our first son. I was elated! Seeing my body change so quickly gave me the confidence to attempt competing as a fitness/figure competitor and for the last 6 years I have dedicated myself to eating clean and helping others accomplish their goals. So that is my story in a nut shell. The reason I wrote the Metabolix Recipe Book is to help you plan healthy yet delicious Metabolix approved meals. Hopefully, you will find the recipes yummy and easy to prepare.
